Emerald 9 Cheras

I’m delighted to share my recent project at Emerald 9, Cheras, where I designed and crafted custom cabinetry to combine style with functionality. This home embraces a modern Scandinavian contemporary concept, with thoughtful details and materials that enhance its warm yet practical atmosphere.

In the kitchen, I created full-height cabinetry using Eco Plus materials, pairing smooth white matte surfaces with light wood tones for the tall cabinet, base units, and the cabinet above the fridge. A porcelain worktop completes the design with a sleek, durable finish that complements the minimalist style. A tall cabinet next to the sink offers extra storage, while the dish rack, positioned above the sink, ensures everyday essentials are within easy reach. By the entrance, a matching tall cabinet conceals the DB box, blending seamlessly into the overall kitchen design for a cohesive and polished look.

The bathroom is designed in a modern minimalist contemporary style, featuring cabinets made entirely of eco-friendly materials. The combination of matte dark grey and matte white surfaces gives the space a sleek and sophisticated feel. A mirror placed between the cabinets not only enhances functionality but also adds a stylish focal point to the room.

For the shoe cabinet, I opted for a modern minimalist contemporary design using ivory melamine, perfectly matching the wall colour for a subtle and cohesive appearance. Ventilation grills were incorporated into the design to allow airflow within the compartments, keeping the interior fresh and free from odours. This practical feature complements the clean and understated aesthetic.

This project at Emerald 9 highlights how thoughtful design and quality materials can transform everyday spaces. From the sleek elegance of the kitchen to the modern functionality of the bathroom and shoe cabinet, every detail was carefully tailored to suit the home’s style and purpose.
