Templer Residence

I’m thrilled to share my latest project at Templer Residence in Anggun City in Rawang. This project holds special significance, as it was for one of my early clients who reached out when I was still relatively new to View In Cabinet (ViC). After a few months of careful planning, they decided to move forward with the cabinet work, and I was excited to bring their vision to life. The project included a custom kitchen and a master bedroom wardrobe tailored to their needs.

For the kitchen, we prioritised both functionality and aesthetics. The cabinet doors and carcass were crafted from E1 melamine, known for its low formaldehyde emissions, fostering a healthier indoor environment. The sink unit features a stainless steel carcass for enhanced durability and waterproofing, while aluminium skirting provides excellent protection against moisture and simplifies maintenance. A porcelain worktop was selected, combining durability with an elegant, modern appearance. Additionally, the kitchen design features a tall cabinet with open shelves, beautifully complemented by LED strip lighting for a refined touch.

We incorporated innovative and practical storage solutions to maximise convenience. A 900-mm dish pull-out basket keeps dishes, pots, and pans organised and easily accessible. A 400-mm multi-purpose organising pull-out basket, positioned next to the sink, is perfect for storing cleaning supplies and kitchen tools. A spice rack near the cooking area offers quick access to condiments, while strategically placed drawers ensure cutlery and utensils are always within easy reach, creating an effortless cooking experience.
