In my current role, I actively engage with showroom visitors to understand their preferences for kitchen or wardrobe designs. Following these discussions, I provide detailed quotations. Once customers agree to the proposed pricing, I facilitate an onsite measurement. This step is initiated after the customer has paid to secure the price or package.

After the onsite visit and payment confirmation, I promptly create customized drawings using AiHouse software. This approach ensures that the design process is initiated with precise measurements and a confirmed commitment from the customer.

In this company (short name: JT Design), I plan and run monthly promotions to boost sales, assist customers with design ideas, create 3D drawings, and manage orders and projects, aiming to achieve monthly sales targets. I’m also involved in various tasks as needed and contribute to the company’s online presence by developing the website.

Notably, I played a key role in developing, maintaining, and managing the company’s website from its inception, contributing to its online presence and functionality.

Work description as follow:
In my capacity as a technician, I undertook on-site repairs of photocopier machines at customers’ offices. Additionally, I performed networking tasks for PCs integrated with the photocopiers, facilitating seamless printing and scanning capabilities via the network.

In my role in Website Development, I was responsible for the continuous creation and upkeep of the company’s website.
In addition to my design expertise, I am also proficient in web development and can contribute to your company’s online presence.

To serve all the customers that walk-in to our showroom and discuss what type of design they want. After that, do all the design until the design meets the customer`s satisfaction. And each customer`s design has to be done within two days. (Depends on cases)

*I do all the design by using a software called KDMax.

I assisted in merchandising the display and organizing the store for Samsung cellphone outlets in our company database, in addition to providing education to handphone dealers on using newly launched Samsung devices.

In my role as a sales executive, I focus on promoting credit cards and personal loans. I connect with potential customers through roadshows, government buildings, schools, and cold calling to achieve a daily target of 10 signups. My goal is to build strong client relationships by explaining the benefits of our financial products and addressing inquiries. I contribute to the success of the sales department by meeting targets, staying informed about industry trends, and helping clients find the right financial solutions.

As a chicken rice hawker, I take orders and quickly prepare meals to satisfy hungry customers. I handle everything needed for the hawker business, ensuring prompt and tasty service throughout the day.
